The team at Winston Crowns is very friendly as we find pride in delivering the best service to our tenants and as a result they come back to us again and again.

STAGE 1- Enquiring, Viewing & Finding the Right Property;

Register your interest in the property online or speak to our letting team to let them know exactly what you are looking for; we manage an extensive range of properties in Central London.

Once you have selected the property from our list that matches your search criteria, we will arrange viewings for you as early as we can according to your availability. Once you have a found the property you like, we will take on further from there to ensure you move in swiftly and smoothly.

STAGE 2- Securing the Property, Deposit Payment and References;

Once you have found a suitable property, it’s time to put an offer. The landlord will need to know who will be living at the property, a proposed moving in date, the length of the tenancy and any other requirements you may have.

It’s the landlord’s decision whether to accept your application or not. Landlord will review all elements of your application so it’s crucial that everything is put forward at this stage. Once the offer has been accepted, we will apply for the references and begin preparation of tenancy agreement and will require a holding deposit. Please ensure that you provide bank details and the contact details of your previous landlord, along with those of your employer. There will be charge for references check. Please refer to Tenant Fee’s Section.

STAGE 3- Inventory and Rent

Before the tenancy begins, a detailed inventory report is prepared with the contents and condition of the property listed. The copy of the report is supplied to both the tenant and the landlord.

The rent invoice will also be issued stating the rent for the first month, deposit or any other charge e.g. references, inventory etc.

STAGE 4- Completion & Moving In

Once the tenancy contract has been signed and the funds have been cleared, the tenancy can proceed, you will be provided with the keys and the inventory report by an independent inventory clerk.
